F1 is having their 'summer break' at the moment, but there's no doubt that the next race in Valencia will be an exciting one, even if the actual racing isn't that exciting. Valencia will see the return of Michael Schumacher in the Ferrari, and will we be seeing Renault at the race? They were banned from coming to the race after Alonso's tyre incident in Hungary, but they have appealed, and who knows what the appeal court will decide. So thats it! Race 11 of 17 - This is the thread for all your discussions

Hopefully Renault will win the appeal and be able to race in Valencia, becuase Alonso not racing in his home race will make a lot of fans reconsider if they want to attend the race or not. Seeing Schumi drive against Hamilton should be a treat, but looks like he might have a setback. <Click.

But, at first, before the Schumi news, I must admit I hoped they wouldn't, because there was a spare seat at Ferrari and Alonso has always wanted to drive a red car, you never know, it could have happened, even if it was just for that race I think and hope the Schumi news is just officials being cautious, not wanting fan to expect too much...

Yes, I was hearing ideas of Renault "leasing" Alonso to Ferrari for the race. It would never happen...but it would be something wouldn't it?
Let's hope so. I want to see Schumacher race against Hamilton. Should be a good show.
